PickProof Account Deletion

PickProof, LLC lets you permanently delete your account inside the app or web app:

1. Sign in.

2. Open the account button and select **Settings**.

3. Select **Delete Account**.

4. Enter your current password, type **DELETE**, and confirm.

The account and associated profile, picks, follows, badges, alert settings, push tokens, and account preferences are deleted. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address associated with the account for assistance.

What To Include

• Subject: PickProof account deletion request
• Your PickProof username
• The email address on the account
• A short confirmation that you want the account deleted

What Happens Next

PickProof, LLC will verify an email request before processing it. Limited provider transaction, security, tax, legal, abuse-report, and backup records may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary, with account identifiers removed where appropriate. Backups age out under normal retention schedules.

PickProof does not accept wagers, deposits, withdrawals, payouts, betting credits, or contest entries.
